About Tom

Most of the men who find me have already done the work. The gym, the physio, the specialists. Many have a background in sport or physical practice like martial arts, climbing or calisthenics, something that used to make them feel capable and alive in their body. They're not lazy and they're not broken. They just haven't had someone look at the whole system.

My background is in manual therapy, movement rehabilitation and nervous system work, trained under world-class teachers and spending time in Colombia with a movement specialist who'd dedicated years to mastering it in person. What that taught me wasn't a framework. It was a completely different understanding of what the body is capable of.

Now I work at the intersection of ancestral movement, modern neuroscience and functional health. Using bloodwork, neurological assessments, gait analysis and movement diagnostics alongside training. Not because it's clever. Because nothing else came close to explaining what I was seeing in the people I worked with.

The goal is never just pain-free. It's to be capable. To do things you quietly decided were behind you and realise they weren't.

This Isn't For Everyone

This programme works because it's built entirely around you. Your movement patterns, your health markers, your schedule, your history. That only happens if you show up to whole the process, not just the sessions.

The men who get the most from this engage throughout. They send videos. They answer questions properly. They give feedback on how things are feeling in the first few weeks when everything is new. That data is what allows the programme to be refined in real time. Without it, it's just another generic plan.

You don't need hours a day. Most clients train a maximum of five hours a week, often less, built around work and travel. But you do need to be present between sessions, at least in the early stages.

This is also delivered entirely remotely. Every assessment, every session, every check-in happens online. If that feels like a compromise, this probably isn't the right fit. For the men who've worked this way with me, it hasn't been.
