We jump on a call to chat through your goals, training history, and how you best stay accountable.

In Week 1, we assess your movement and create your tailored Phase 1 plan.

From there, we build, evolve, and refine your program together.

The Full Shebang - 6 Months Movement + Health Coaching

Deep-dive into your health, physiology , lifestyle and movement.

How it works:

You complete a detailed health questionnaire before we meet for a 1:1 consultation.

We run Functional Blood Analysis to understand exactly what your body needs.

I create a bespoke movement, nutrition and lifestyle protocol built on real data.

✅ Movement & health coaching delivered via app and Zoom.
